Judy Pineda Neufeld is…

My clients say I build high-performing teams, inspire future leaders, and facilitate honest conversations necessary to take action.

I’m driven by helping people make a positive impact on the world.

I am an expert organizational and leadership development consultant, facilitator, and trainer. I work closely with mission-driven organizations across the country, including nonprofits, political campaigns and candidates, and with influential groups and individuals. I’m passionate about making teams, organizations, and individuals more impactful and productive.

Over the last 15 years, my work has focused on elevating and amplifying women’s voices and leadership:

My work with Emerge America, the nation’s premier organization that recruits, trains and supports women running for elected office, increased the size and diversity of candidate training programs and designed and launched their first bootcamp program, which is now replicated across the nation.

As an alumna of Emerge, I led the Massachusetts affiliate as the Executive Director, served as the Vice President and interim President of the national organization, and, most recently, as a Senior Advisor, supporting affiliate development and expansion.

In response to the outcome of the 2016 national election, I organized and conducted five Regional Bootcamp trainings for 125 women and three Mini-Bootcamp trainings for more than 250 women, providing the tools and skills women need to run for elected office – and win.

I’ve also led Recruitment and Community Partnerships at Big Sister Association of Greater Boston, the largest and oldest mentoring organization in Greater Boston exclusively serving girls. I oversaw the growth of volunteer and child recruitment, instituted the first Diversity Council to recruit more women of color, and founded a thriving Alumnae Association.

I’m also an avid runner and a proud 2018 Boston Marathon Finisher. Inspired by the strength and resilience of the running community following the 2013 Boston Marathon, I began running just 5 days after the tragic attack- and haven’t stopped since.

I graduated cum laude from Tufts University, completed my MBA with honors at Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business, and recently became a Certified Trainer with the National Democratic Training Committee.

I am sought-after for leading trainings and facilitating retreats and meetings.

I am known for my authentic, engaging style that encourages attendees to move outside of their comfort zones and have fun in the process.

I work with people privately, lead workshops inside organizations, and consult with leadership teams.
